Lo que hace Cénit que un agente no puede hacer solo.What Cénit does that an agent can't do alone.

Un agente hace una cosa bien: publica, cobra, responde, revisa. Pon veinte juntos y tienes veinte cosas que no se hablan entre sí, veinte lugares donde mirar y veinte maneras de fallar en silencio. Cénit va arriba de todos. Hace cuatro cosas, y ninguna la puede hacer un agente por su cuenta:An agent does one thing well: it publishes, bills, replies, reviews. Put twenty of them together and you have twenty things that don't talk to each other, twenty places to look and twenty ways to fail quietly. Cénit sits above all of them. It does four things, and no agent can do any of them on its own:

An agent starts from zero every time. Cénit doesn't.

  Cuando entra algo, decide quién lo toma, en qué orden y qué tiene que esperar a qué. Si dos agentes se pisan, los ordena; si uno se cae, el trabajo no se queda a medias. Tú no eres el que reparte.When something comes in, it decides who takes it, in what order, and what has to wait for what. If two agents collide, it sorts them out; if one falls over, the work doesn't stay half-done. You're not the one handing it out.
